This Week...

Tuesday and Wednesday we will have Benchmark Testing in Language Arts and Math.

Spelling: Due to the 3-day week, we will have no spelling this week!

Language Arts/Reading: Benchmark Testing, 1st Quarter Review: synonyms, sentence types, nouns, verbs, subjects, predicates, and narrative elements. On Wednesday I will be assigning a book report-students must chose a realistic fiction chapter book-it will be due October 16th.

Math: 1st Quarter Review: PLace Value, Multiplicaiton, Division, Decimals, Rounding, Order of Operations, and Properties of Multiplication.

Science: Ecosystem Review

Language Arts: We will be finishing up our How To paragraphs and focusing on grammar skills, especially the parts of speech

Science: We will have our Ecology test this Wednesday, Septemeber 23rd!
